Troubleshooting Retroachievements Neo Geo AES

Hey all, could someone help me? My retroachievements from the Neo Geo AES platform do not appear, but from the other platforms they are all correct.Any solution? Thanks.

I have the same issue. If I change the Neo Geo games platform to Arcade it works ( as long as the name matches the retroachievements.org name ).

I would prefer to keep them as Neo Geo platform though. Wish there's a fix for that.

I actually found a solution! You need to set the Edit the Neo Geo platform, and set "Scrap As" option to Arcade. It will display the retroachievements in the details view. You need to make sure the name is the same as the retroachievements.org website otherwise it won't show either.
