When adding new emulator, "Emulator Name" dropdown is no longer filled with defaults?

I'm a new user so maybe I am missing something obvious.  After downloading the program I was able to add a few emulators where I could select it from the dropdown list to autofill defaults.  But now when I go to add a new emulator, this dropdown list has nothing in it.  I deleted everything and started fresh before it happened again.  I know it isn't super important but I just don't know if I messed something up or not.  I attached a picture of the dropdown.
