All box art and video missing

Hi there,

I have downloaded with launch box all the metadata like box arts and video, but a certain point, I don't know why, all the metadata disappeared, so now launchbox is listing all my games without any image.

 

In the case I run bigbox all the covers are ok but I can't see any videogameplay of any game, even the systems video on the main weel are missing, resulting in   a black screen
