Ability to show command.dat info on Second Monitor

Hey Crew, 
I've been looking for days to try to find this, (since I didn't want to be that person, posting a "dumb" question that's been solved somewhere already...), and I haven't been able to find a solution.

I want to install a 24x5inch display in the control panel of my Cabinet.

Ideally it would display the Marquee image, and Controls for the game (This, it seems I can do quite easily... It seems CPWizBiz can generate those files, and I can display those on a second monitor using Big Box. 

However, I can't seem to find a way to display commands.dat on the display, so you can scroll and look though it. 

CPWizBiz, has this weird menu thing that can show it... but I don't want a menu on the display. I'm just looking for

[   CONTROLS IMAGE.       MARQUEE IMAGE         COMMAND.DAT INFO  ]

and then with and UP and DOWN button below the COMMAND.DAT INFO section to let you scroll though it. 

This be at all possible with a plugin?
