BigBox crashing on game exit and randomly

I updated to Bigbox 11.10 recently having had no problems with the previous version.  

Unfortunately, since the update both my cabinet build and my desktop randomly crash when bigbox is running.  Initially i thought it was just on game exits but it is appearing randomly now.

I get the following error code...
