running on Windows 10, Big Box works fine, but LaunchBox won't launch, please help

working before, clicked on the Big Box, works. main screen turn to black right way after seeing arcade arrows, press enter will see all the games, able to play fine, press est can access the main menu, want install new rom game, when I click the LaunchBox, nothing happens, tried to download the game again, same thing, nothing happens. please help, any advice?
