Clean up Media function.

I ran Clean up Media and it's now displaying thousands of entries.

It's showing things like front box art, screenshots, arcade controls, etc. 

To the far right it says: "Reason - File not in use" 

Are these all duplicates that I'll never need to use for various skins or BigBox? I can just click "Delete Checked Files" ?
