Command Lines for Startup Screen Layer Order

Hi Friends!  I've been using Launchbox to vuild a cabinet for the last 8 months and this community has been amazing in learning everything I could need to know.  This is why I turn to it with a more obscure question.

I am running Visual Pinball X through Launchbox to load my tables.  I did the tutorials on the command lines needs to get VPX to load in the proper order with VPX and the DMDs.  This works 95% of the time on all tables.

Lately I have a small handful of ROMs that will go through the launchbox startup screen, layer the DMD on the top, then layer the Launchbox startup screen BETWEEN the DMD and the Playfield.  If I highlight VPX layer with ALT/TAB or a mouse click, launchbox quits back to menu.

I THINK I can fix this with a custom command line for that specific ROM on the load order, but I do not KNOW the command line structure to custom write this.  The command lines I used to set up VPX in the first place I just copied off the internet i.e. -minimize -play -exit but I dont have context on WHAT those lines are affecting.

Any guidance on how/what format I can use to custom script a solution?
