Any way to launch Gamecube/PS2 BIOS And/or the Wii system menu through Launchbox?

I'd love to be able to launch the Wii system menu with Dolphin through Launchbox, but I don't even know if it's possible.  Is there any way to add it as a game or something like that? 

Same question for the GameCube and PS2 BIOS's (with standalone Dolphin and PCSX2).

SAME.

I found this, which means somebody has found a way to do this.. but I'm not sure how to use commands in Launchbox and they didn't really go into detail on how they managed to do it.

Once you have the wii menu installed into Dolphin simply use the following command in the Default Command-Line parameters: -b -n "0000000100000002" -C Dolphin.Core.DefaultISO=

LB will put the romfile after this command and when Dolphin starts it puts the Default Iso into the disc channel.
