Error after canceling vidsnap scraper plugin

Hello,

So as the titled reads I canceled this plugin as it was hung up on 98% for a while.

after this i now get an error every time I open launch box. I tried deleting the plugin folder and its still giving me this error. I also tried using the installer in the updates folder and restarting my pc  Below is the report.

EDIT: Seems after leaving it alone for a day its corrected itself.  Have no idea how though.
