Attract mode issue

When i run BigBox in attract mode, after a few hours it crashes to desktop.  I've found using the VLC codec for video seems to be the cause, if i use windows media player it runs indefinitely, just doesn't play all videos.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?  System event viewer has this for info:
