BigBox Game StartUp not launching Game/Emulator

Ok, all these game run correctly on my old HDD, and I decided to make Launchbox portable and move Launchbox and it’s entirely to a External HDD. I started up BigBox and everything seems to be normal…until I picked a game. BigBox froze and…nothing. I pressed Alt + F4 and BigBox unfreezes…it seems like it’s not launching the emulator, I tried on every game, and on every platform…and still nothing. In the TaskBar it only shows “Launchbox Game Startup” and not the emulator. So I checked Launchbox to see if all my emulators are configured correctly and everything seems as it it, heck Launchbox works fine and even boots up the games like normal. It seems like BigBox has this issue.
