MAME full set, next button greyed out

I'm trying to import a Mame full set 

Folder structure as follows

0244

-ROM.ZIP

-CHD

After i select the 0244 folder. The next button is greyed out and doesn't offer the option to select my mame version... The odd part is... I tried this same folder structure on a different PC and had no issues, the only difference is this time im using premium, and i imported other console roms first

Any tips would be appreciated thanks.

Nvm randomly started working

If anyone else has this issue it’s because you are not connected to the internet.
