Ping182nz
Hi I have launchbox launching a windows 3.1 dosbox. My question is, how do i get it to launch a game automatically rather than booting in to Windows, then having to find in file explorer and launching the exe? I have found many comments around using a custom dosbox config file and under the autoexec section putting something like mount c "H:\Emulation\LaunchBox\Games\MS-DOS\Windows 3.1\" c: c:\windows\win WINEXIT.EXE C:\Games\SpellJu\BST\BST.EXE But the above doesn't work... Can someone please help? Happy to be told to go read a full tutorial, but which one, it would need to run me through it step by step unfortunately? Thanks
Zkyo
If I remember correctly, there's a startup folder in the start menu in old windows versions. You could add a shortcut there, and it would show up in the msconfig startup section. I'm not sure how to auto start it from a command line, though.
