MAME black page for 80 seconds before game start

Clean and empty LaunchBox install, then I aded 0.244 MAME ROM set (75GB).

Everything working really good, installation, setting, downloading all images, bezels.

But everytime I start any game I have to wait for 80+/- seconds. After this pause the games run OK - with no sign of any trouble.

Anyone could have an idea? I tested LaunchBox before buying separate mini WinPC and installing it into my Arcade (instead of RPi). But this waiting pause is a big stop sign for me

I tried 3 times to reset the MAME emulator in LaunchBox, redownloaded 3x all the stuff and everytime I still get to wait more than a minute before the game starts.

I couldn't test the mame command line as I could not create a correct path to the file. Everytime the mame.exe returned that something is missing. Only through LaunchBox it gets started.

Ok, I managed to test the command line.

Starting game directly with MAME only it takes 30 seconds to start.

With LaunchBox the same ROM file takes 85 seconds.

Any ideas? Could this some peripherial testing problem?

(tested on small rom - 1942.zip - 400kB)

Ok, so after 6 hours of reinstalling, redownloading a testing everything I restarted my PC and it works.

Games start now instantly.

Sorry to have spammed my problem above.

So this is solved.
