Launchbox PC not launching

Hi, I recently tried to launch Launchbox app on my PC after weeks of not using it. However, an error states that "It appears that you do not have write access permissions to the Launchbox folder". I find it weird as previously before, there was no issue with launching the app. Can anyone able to help me? 😕
