Forcing a preferred Box Art

Hello,

How can I force a specific art for a specific game to be shown instead of letting the software just pick whatever boxart it downloaded from the database?

As an example - Virtua Fighter for Saturn shows the Compact jewel case size box art as it came with console as bundled.  However, there is a very nice looking fan art that matches the larger format for the rest of the US region box art and looks better with the collection.

I don’t know how to set it up, but I wish I could just browse from the list of Art media and select what I want as “Default” or “Preferred” Art for the collection.  I figure I could just set whatever I want as “Front Box Art” but I would like to keep media accurate as downloaded from the Database.

So is there a way to do this?
