Images from launchbox db no longer downloading.

Hi, so for the past two weeks launchbox is not downloading images from the games db (not emumovies) when importing games or when downloading through the edit game tab. My launchbox version is 12.14, I updated to this version as an attempt to fix the issue but it still persists. I’d appreciate any suggestions on how to fix the issue, Thanks!
