Sharp X1 turbo in Retroarch

I am trying to figure what I am doing wrong, I am trying to get the Sharp X1 Turbo games to work. 

The non-turbo games will start and run with retroarch and Launchbox.  The turbo games won't start.

I have iplrom.x1t and ip;rom.X1 in the Retroarch system folder.

Any help would be appreciated!
