Pause Theme Opacity on Background in BigBox

Would like to change background opacity in xaml file, so the pause menu overlays the paused game/emulator.

Seems everything I try I just end up with a solid black background. Making me think it is not possible.

Things I have tried with no luck:

WindowStyle="None"
AllowsTransparency="true"
Background="Transparent"
Background="#00FFFFFF"
