Steam - The SSL connection could not be established..

Hello to all,

First of all, thank you for the great programme. I've been using Launchbo and Bigbox for about two years now.

I unfortunately always have a problem when downloading screenshots to media for STEAM games. I always get the following error message:

"The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception. Authentication failed, see inner exception."

It works fine with logos, Steam posters and trailers. Only screenshots have the problem. Is the problem known and are there any solutions?

I would also be interested to know if there is an automatism so that trailers can also be downloaded from Steam for non-Steam games?
