LED Blinky Crashes after switching I-PAC controller from keyboard to joystick mode

Has  anyone had an issue with LED Blinky crashing after switching the I-PAC ultimate controller from keyboard mode to joystick mode?  It ends up saying LED controller is no longer available and the lights kick off.  Once I switch the controller board back to keyboard mode, LED Blinky seems to work fine.  I have added both the joystick buttons and keyboard buttons in the the Mapping file for LED Blinky.
