Quick instruction pop-up before game loads.

I have games for different systems that require a disk swap, or (in C-64 case) flip disk over, etc.  Is there a way to add a popup window that will appear before the game loads, they will show the key/keys required to to do the disk swaps.  

I mainly want this for family/friends who might be playing, and to show them how to do it. (and sometimes for myself in case I forget)

 

I also want it for 86Box to remind them to SHUT DOWN Windows 98 before closing the app.
