Creloce
Hello, I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing an issue with Exodos\Launchbox MS-DOS games launching with a black screen in windowed mode? The display works fine once I switch to fullscreen but it'll go black again once I switch to windowed (audio is still working). It's only been happening very recently so I have a feeling it could possibly be newer Nvidia drivers (have a 1080ti). I did manually edit one of the .conf files and changed the output from overlay to openglnb and fixed the issue, but I have no idea if there's any easy way to apply that setting to all the conf files within Exodos or if there's a simple workaround. OS I'm using is Windows 10.
Creloce
Rolling back the drivers to version 517.48 seems to have fixed the issue.
Bam Stroker
Found this thread on Google while troubleshooting the same issue. Had the same issue as OP and can confirm that rolling back to 517.48 fixes Exodos game launches in window mode for Nvidia cards.
DonLoco
Jup rolling back helps, but it this should also get adressed to NVIDIA. Does anyone know if this issue is already fixed in current drivers?
Creloce
I've recently updated to the 531.18 drivers and it looks like the issue is fixed.

Windowed mode works again under 531.18. Edited March 13, 2023 by DonLoco
