I'm having a weird issue with a fresh install of LaunchBox 13.  In the attached images the check boxes are selected, but moving the mouse over them and other UI pieces has them borked.  I've tried several other Themes as well.  I'm on Windows 11 and LaunchBox Premium.  Any ideas?
