Bezels partially working, need help fixing

Just decided to download the bezels though the launchbox system.  They are all downloaded i can see the files in the retroarch folder under overlays/gamebezels but they are not working correctly. Some systems are perfect and some have none and some are defaulting to generic system bezels. What am i missing? How do i correct this?

edit: seems that the ones reverting to generic system bezels are missing the game bezels, not sure why they didn't all download.
