1- is it possible to copy LB's folder and put it on another PC, or does it have to be installed?  If not, what are all the relevant LB config files that I should transfer?

2- Is the Noobs forum for game specific help? In particular I have dos games that I need to configure.  One game is super fast, so I assume I have to alter the frameskipping? All games- I don't know how to configure the keybindings, because they don't offer a clue as to what keys control what.
