Nintendo DS side-by-side view 1080p overlay (Desmume)

I noticed that there is not a single overlay for the Nintendo DS for side-by-side view. Since this is the ideal view for widescreen monitors (and top & bottom view is way too small on a Steam Deck or ROG Ally), this seemed odd to me.

Because of this, I created an overlay that copies the style of the Nintendo DS bit fits this configuration. Resolution is 1920x1080. I believe the distance between the screens is set to 50.

I hope it will work well for you - I've been using it on my Odin 2 as well.

I found one other person who made side by sides but they didn't use integer scaling so the pixels aren't perfectly square & identical in height which bugged me greatly.

Hey, RedAvatar. You wouldn’t happen to have a .cfg file for this overlay would you? I’m trying to get it on my Retroid Pocket 5 for Melon DS. All I know is I’m running my game side by side and the screen’s got a 1080p resolution, if that helps at all. Hope to hear back!
