Scan for Added ROMs tool always includes subfolders

Should the Tools \ Scan \ Scan for Added ROMs tool (either per platform or all platforms) respect the Import files from specified folders only (no subfolders) option on page 4 of the import wizard? I find that it doesn't, and I wish that it did. For various platforms I have multi-disk games in their own subfolders within the platform games folder. I've added those games to Launchbox with *.m3u files I've created, so that switching virtual disks in Retroarch is easier. If I run a ROM scan, regardless of how I have the Import files from specified folders option checked, Launchbox will find the ROMs in the subfolders and add them to the import list, which would result in all disks for those multi-disk games being added to my database. It's tedious having to deselect all those ROMs every time I run a scan to import new games. If the Import option is supposed to be respected, it is bugged and not behaving as expected. If the option isn't respected for the scan tool, I would like to ask that adding it be considered, please.
