Import/Load Game Save/Roster Files

Noob question so I think (hope!) I'm in the right place.

If I have a game (ie NCAA Football for Xbox) and want to use a roster file for the game, is there a way to do that with LaunchBox? I'm not sure where to put the file or how to load it in game.
