My bigbox keeps crashing

I am having an issue with bigbox everytime I exit a playstation 1 game my bigbox freezes then it crashes it runs fine through launchbox but when I try and exit through bigbox it freezes for a few seconds then it crashes the whole thing is there a solution to this issue?
