"The file you've specified for the emulator application path was not found." Trouble

Hey guys,

So my computer recently lost it's C drive and I had to replace it. Luckily I had most of my emulators/games on external drives. Now that the new C drive is in everything seems to be working fine on BigBox - except  whenever I try to play a Nintendo 3DS game (using Citra) on BigBox it gives me "The file you've specified for the emulator application path was not found." It works fine on Launchbox though.  Is there some sort of memory cache in BigBox that needs to be edited? If so, I have no idea how to do something like that. Thanks in advance for any help you could send my way.
