Windows mouse buttons?

Hello world! I m in the process of finishing my first bar top arcade and have no clue how to set up two mouse buttons.

I have the EG Start encoders and an Ultimarc trackball. the Trackball moves the mouse cursor around just fine in Windows 10 but how can I setup a right and left mouse button?
