Errors when transitioning to BigBox from Launchbox, but not if I open BigBox separately

The theme that I used is the downloaded Unified Redux.  I used the manage themes menu options to download it and to apply it as the main theme.  Right after doing that it gave me error messages and I though it just needed a simple restart.  After some testing It seems as if the only way I can get it to actually show the theme and not error is if I run BigBox separately, is this normal?  Are these errors something I can fix?
