Can I change HDD and keep my file structure?

Hello to all. I have a problem I need help. I have an SSD as C:/ in my laptop and I have launchbox bigbox installed. All the ROMs are in an external HDD. My problem is that I want to change the SSD for much bigger one so I can have everything launchbox related in the main drive. Is there a way to do so? I mean the launchbox in one drive and the ROMs in another... Is there a solution to this?
