RetroArch open in Chinese?

Good day all.
I use LaunchBox and the BigBox interface for my emulator needs. Many of the games actually uses RetroArch. But I noticed something, after updating to the latest version of LaunchBox, when I start one of the games that use RetroArch the menu language looks like it might be Chinese, some menu items are blank even. I can go into and open up RetroArch just fine, it only happen when launching a game via BigBox.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
