I need help to run bigbox on rog ally

I encountered this problem when I lunched bigbox on my rog ally i tired the backup step but also didn’t work 

this is the error : LaunchBox|Core\Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dil

is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012.

can anyone help please
