Bigbox: Is there a way to separate Lightgun games from the rest

Have a large cabinet with lightgun games and using BigBox for Lightguns right now, with, with arcade in RetroFe. Is there a way in BigBox to choose BigBox Vs Arcade, and still have the normal by system breakdown of games for each. Thanks
