The power ended and I was playing.. and LB/BB was in shell mode.. and now I get an error when restarting, my controls don't work to exit BB's shell mode I only have a task manager.. which no longer gives me access to windows.. it doesn't even enter in safe mode.. BB always enters first.. and the error still appears,, it shows the error very quickly. and BB soon overlap the screen. I can only access the task manager via ctrl+alt+del and everything in the function goes dark.. what do I do ,? Could it be just formatting?
