Error after update 13.10

I had launchbox working perfectly in version 13.8, but after upgrading to version 13.10 is giving me the error "To run this application, you must install .Net Core", if I uninstall and reinstall 13.8 works fine, only happens to me with 13.10, does anyone have any idea what is happening?
