Wheel scrolling bug (13.10) - using default theme

Hi

Scrolling hiccups which doesn’t happen with the Arcade Neon Deluxe theme. See uploaded video comparison. The uploaded photo identifies a drawing issue which appears to be causing the hiccup. I hope this helps.

The issue is with the Vertical 2 view. It does not happen in view no. 1, so suspect it's to do with the drawing of the border.

Incidentally, why are views 3 & 4 actually horizontal?

Also horizontal platform views 3 & 4 are text when there is already an option for that.

There’s also a bug on the horizontal scrolling in the attached video. Sometimes I get a blank.
