Platform name next to the game name

I want to add the platform name next to the game name because I have 8 different Mortal Kombat II and if I use a text-based theme they all look the same in the playlists.

Mortal Kombat II (Arcade)
Mortal Kombat II (Super Nintendo Entertainment System)
Mortal Kombat II (Sega Genesis)
Mortal Kombat II (Sony PlayStation)
etc.
