No Video FB Neo

I hadn’t used my arcade in over a week but when I turned it on to play some FB Neo games, I get audio but no video. Before this everything had been working just fine. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thank you!

SOLVED: For future folks that run into this issue. I tried deleting and reinstalling all ROMs and Retroarch but had the same problem. What solved it was a post I found online suggesting to go to retroarch>settings>drivers and switch the video setting to d3d11. Works like it did before now. 
 

if anyone knows why this works or what the issue was, I’d be curious to know.
