I seen 2 youtubers with the same theme. I asked them both and one couldn't answer at the time due to being on vacation and the other just didn't know what version they had. So here I am asking!

this is a video link of the theme in action, and below are screen grabs of the exact theme/version I am looking for

Also does anyone know what intro video that is in the last screen grab?  THANKS!!!
