Problems with Sinden Lightgun setup

Hello,
I'm trying a Sinden lightgun setup with 2 guns. (Youtube tutorial from tkssitch - GREAT WORK!!!).
My system:
Asus P8Z68 delux/gen3, Intel i5 2500K, Nvidia 1660 super, 16GB Ram, powersupply 550W
But now I have a huge problem. Windows recognizes the gunsbut an error message always appears. "Error communicating with sinden Lightgun.....".
I then tried BATOCERA and everything works great out of the box?! But I would rather use Launchbox/Bigbox. Any tips or ideas?
