enable and disable startup screen and loading screen for different systems

I have tried to search for a way to do it, but hitting a wall here

Problem is, that I have several different systems running on Big Box. When i emulated my PS2 games to my arcade, they started but behind the frontend and all I could do was listening to the PS2 games running. I then read on some forum, that it would help dissabeling the startup screen and loading screen. That helped. Now Big Box is removed, and I can play the PS2 games. Everything was fine.

But I would really want the startup screen and loading screen to return to my other systems! Is there a way to do that?

When I start a mame game, it doesnt shot the startup, and when wanting to play I sometimes press the startbutton twice and get 2 mame games running at the same time

 

Hope ther is a fix for this.
