ZX Spectrum Tape turn over?

Hi, i am using the tzx roms and i use the FUSE core in Retroarch, how can i "turn" the tape?

There are two files of some games with SIDE A and SIDE B but there is no option to swap/turn.

And another question, there are many different versions of the roms. Do the different versions exist because not all of them necessarily work or can I sort out duplicate or alternative versions?
