RetroArch: Sort by content directory and missing game saves

I ran into this issue that took me forever to solve.

If you're sorting your saves by content directory in Retroarch, make sure the option in Launchbox to extract the ROM from the ZIP is OFF
I clicked this on by accident without realizing it and suddenly all my SNES saves were gone. It saves them under the temp directory name LaunchBox stores them in instead of the ROM directory.

Hopefully someone having this problem will see this and help them.
