gboava Posted September 9 Share Posted September 9 After selecting some games and requesting metadata and media updates, LaunchBox follows the standard procedure. If, at the end, there is an error message, a pop-up window opens asking if we want to see the error messages. If a long time passes and the pop-up window is not closed (for example, if you set it to update media and leave the computer), the buttons in the pop-up stop working (Yes button, No button and button to close the pop-up). Therefore, it is not possible to return to LaunchBox because the pop-up has priority. The only way is to kill the LaunchBox task and restart. I have tested this several times and the problem always occurs. I do not know exactly how long the pop-up must be open for the problem to occur, but it always occurs after leaving the pop-up open for a long time.
