Bigbox crashes on specific acrade button press (every time)

Launchbox works fine, no issue at all.

Bigbox however always crashes when i press a specific arcade button (using the iPac-2). I've remapped the button button but get the same result. It's making BigBox unusable. I don't have any issue with the same button in other software (e.g. CEMU). 

Has anyone else seen this?
